Europe, US & Canada: 1-3 working days

Rest of the World: 2-4 working days

Order before 5.00 pm and your order will be dispatched on the same

working day (Mon-Sat excluding public holidays).

We will ship your order with USPS Express Delivery.

For wholesale orders – smaller wholesale orders will also be sent priority mail with 1-3 day delivery. Larger wholesale orders that can be shipped on a pallet can be sent via refrigerated truck and may take up to 5 days in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged or, if you are not satisfied, totally refunded. As long as the products are still in their original condition and packaging, we’ll refund their purchase price in full within a few working days after we receive your package. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase.

If you ordered the wrong size or type you can arrange your Exchange by filling out the quality control form by contacting us at Contact@realexoticcarts.com, specifying the reasons for returning your item. Needless to say, the products you send us back must be in their original condition, complete with their packaging, according to the above-mentioned Returns Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

 If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to contact@realexoticcarts.com within 2 business days of when the product is received.

Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@realexoticcarts.com.

Please return any item purchased from realexoticcarts.com that arrives at you damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered.
